What to expect

Staying safe is not just about defending yourself.

In truth, you will be safest if you learn to avoid dangerous situation in the first place. I will teach you how to evaluate a situation, how to spot danger from afar, how to run (no, it’s not easy), how to get help, and finally how to defend yourself if all else fails.

Here is an overview of the first few classes. This is not a fixed schedule, it may well be adjusted to your personal circumstances and needs.

1. Spot danger.
2. Run away.
3. Shout for help. Create distance.
4. Hit your assailant and run.
5. Wrestle free.

Gaining confidence

You probably have heard it a few times already. A lot of “bad people” will go for those who look least likely to cause them “trouble”.

My classes will automatically build your confidence, as you will learn how to judge a situation and deal with it in the safest way.

As a consequence, you are considerably less likely to ever get into danger, as your increased confidence will make a less attractive target.
